Title: Failed to analyze

What does it mean when you try to import several tracks, none of them is imported, and in the log file you find that each of the files "Failed to analyze?"

It means Media Center couldn't figure out what the files are.

Corrupt files, or videos that use a codec not installed on your system are common causes.
