Title: Hang when switching between two libraries

Hallo

MC12 V0308 almost crash and freeze when I switch between two libraries. Then I must cancel the task via taskmanager. I have the same effect also with die regular Version 0278.
Have you a solution?

Is it a crash or a freeze?

You can turn on logging in MC under help and check the log for "crash" to find out what may be causing it.

MC12 hangs exspecialy when the view are in Image Mode on both librarys.
In the log I dont understand the code.

I changed your subject to reflect what you've said.  It's hanging.

Does it happen in both directions?  A>B and B>A?

Let it go for an hour to see what happens.  Check the log.  Post the end of the log here.

It hangs in both directions. When the View is in the startup preferences in the start mode, the switch is always ok. Only in the image view.

It may just be very slow in building thumbnails.  Are your photos on the local PC?   Or on a network drive?

Killing the process is not the best.  You may now have a library that is corrupt.
