Maybe there's a DirectShow filter.  Try google to see.

mmonster,

do you mean rmvb? It is one of the Real Media formats. MC needs the Real Media codecs to be installed on the operating system. You can obtain the codecs by installing the Real Player program.

If you don't have the official Real Player installed on your PC (or don't want to install it because it is known to be a resource hog) you could try the "Real Alternative" player. You can download it, for example, from here: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/codecs_and_filters/real_alternative.cfm

Do you mean RMVB (eg RealMedia Variable Bitrate)?  If so Google brings up lots of options (like "Real Alternative")

In the past I had issues with MC handling RMVB playback even with Real Alternative installed.  However, changing the file extension for the files to .rm fixed it.

This was a LONG time ago though (might have even been MC10), so who knows.  Either way, MC should handle them if you have the proper decoders installed.  I'd read here: http://wiki.jrmediacenter.com/index.php/DirectShow_Playback_Guide#Real_Alternative
