Title: insert cover art into file (MP3) from cover art directory

I've started storing all my cover art inside my MP3 files.  I'd like to go back and copy the images from the cover art directory and place them inside the MP3 files that don't have them yet.  Is there a way to do this?

Enable the option to store in tags. (File Location >

• Also store image in file's tag)

Then:
Pick files > Right-click > Library Tools > Updates Tags (from library)

Related to that, is there a way to make a smartlist with all mp3 with cover art in folder and not in file?

Now I wonder if there's a way to make the album covers appear as folder.jpg within the folder?.
I've started to use the option to have a folder.jpg in the folder. But the majority of my albums don't have this.
I have lots and lots of albums, and I guess it would take forever to do this manually.
