Title: Minor theater bug

When a user is fast forwarding video in the main view mode (like a DVD) and then the user uses Ctrl + N to skip to the next chapter, the fast forwarding on screen item does not update.  It stays on permanently even though the chapter advance stopped the fast forwarding.

The FF on screen has stayed on before from, I think other causes, but this one I can reproduce.

Is there a keyboard shortcut to view the DVD Menu?  It is available in the right-click context menu while playing a DVD but I was wondering if there is a keyboard shortcut.
