Title: Problems with 30-day trial period and purchase of MC12 [solved]
Post by: Sudin36 on September 16, 2007, 12:25:07 am
First,  I received a message today that my 30-day trail period for MC 12 had expired.  It should not have because I only downloaded MC12 about one week ago.  So, since I couldn't get another trail period,I decided to purchased the program.  After purchasing the program and receiving my license number, I wasn't able to successfully restore the program.  Now, after I've attempted to restore the program over and over again, without success,  I only have six or five attempts left for the year.  My question is what do I need to do to get my license to successfully restore the program to work?  And, how can I get the used license restored back to my account so I can have my 10 for the year.   Thanks for a quick response.

Check your system date.  More info is on the purchase page.

Save The Restore File To Your Hard Drive And you Will Not Keep Using Restores.

Also I Think They Also Send You A Restore File As An Attachment.

There Is No Point In Wasting Them

Jim's Comment About "Check your system date." Is Normally The Problem.

Thanks,  it was a system date problem.  Somehow, my system date was set for October 16 instead or September 16.  Also, I will take the advice of saviing my  restore file to the harddrive.  Thanks again.
