Title: webremote control

Is their a full featured web remote for mediajukebox? I have a computer at the stereo in the living room, want to control stereo computer from office. The one plug in I found on the downloads page was limited and could not handle non alpha characters.

Or is there a way to make the mediaserver go the other way?

Firstly if you dont need database management etc then try Glissando on to of the web remote.. its a really nice flash client that looks great and provides all the required control queing and transport features...

If you do need database management you could try TightVNC for remote admin or even better if you have XP Pro the remote desktop connection tools are nice too... This means you are working on the host (stereo connected) from the office machine... I have been using this system with wireless touchpads for a couple of weeks and am very impressed...
