Tool to allow transfer of data from WMP to iTunes (and back again). Would be nice to have the same for MC to allow users with the new iPhone/iPods to use MC to manage their library but iTunes to sync. Would also give users the choice of using iTunes and it's ability to do dynamic playlists and on-the-go lists.

This was featured on the last TWIT podcast and they raved about it.

Why would you use iTunes for sync when MC can do it? The less apps you have to use the better imo.
I know MC is a bit after when it comes to support new iPod and iPhone devices, but it's bound to end up there sooner than later.

Even if/when MC supports the new devices there are at least two things that it does not support, and based on JRiver's comments there are no plans to implement:
1) MC can not currently do dynamic play lists on the iPod.
2) MC can not deal with on-the-go play lists on the iPod.
I frequently find myself having to first sync with MC on my main PC, THEN go in with iTunes on my laptop and add the dynamic play lists.

it may well be more work to push the data between the applications than just to implement the features !

I would love to see the missing features implemented, but when it has come up in the past JRiver has stated that they have no plans to do so.
