Title: How to make a smartlist that excludes songs listed on another playlist?

I’d like to make a smartlist that contains all my music, except for songs listed in another playlist and/or smartlist.  I was trying to figure out the syntax for this, and couldn’t get it to work.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

something like...

[media type]=audio -p="playlist 1","playlist 2","playlist 3"

should work.

Or in the GUI - Playlists - Is not any - select play lists.
