Title: 2 Media Jukebox 8.0.346 Errors

I have 2 problems one is - When i try burning a audio cd it says "A Device erroe Occurred. Error number is 1002 Error data is :key: 2 asc: 4 ASCQ:8"

and the other problem is when i hit the BURN CD icon it tells me "Failed to find any CD-R/W device on your system"

what should i do?
