Title: MC reports different numbers of files\tracks etc.

Itunes and MC are looking at the same data.

Itunes and MC report the same number of Genres and Albums 37 and 2170

Itunes reports 2914 "songs" on the bottom

MC reports 2401 under the NAME colum in (track names...) and 29203.

I can see the discrepancy betwen Itunes and MC a few missing songs 9 to be exact probably a misplaced album etc...

BUT, why the discrepancy between the Name column and the number of files on the bottom.

I even chose\highlighted all the files on the bottom pane, and gave me the 29203. where are the missing 500+ files in the name section on the top? that's quite a few files to be missing.

Is MC not counting duplicates on the top?  ?


Actually when I highight all the files on the top and it still shows the wrong number on the bottom.

If you look at the dup names you will see it is counted once and that's why the number is different.

the other pane fields work the same way
