Title: Track gain or album gain?

Which values are used when transferring songs to the ipod?
Track gain or album gain values?
And can that be changed by the user?
I would like to use album gain, but I think track gain is actually used.

We are using Track gain.

Ok thanks. I really would like to be able to choose which gain values to use. I have seen some more posts by people requesting this issue now. Any chance that could be implemented?

After listening to some Tool albums yesterday I would like to pop up this question again. It is annoying not being able to choose album gain, because some soundbites between their songs sound ridiculously loud. So can you please introduce this choice between album and track gain in one of the coming versions of media center?
