Look here
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Media_Center_%28software_application%29
and then click the theater view image (or view the direct link below)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Theater_View.png
Look at the big red box at the bottom! Who would dispute the images? How What?? I'm really confused. Any information on that? And it's past Oct 6.

Hmm I added the image.
I guess they want some more detail on why it's fair use.
Eugh Wikipedia's to much like hard work :)
-
Eugh they even done it with the picture of my skin!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Skins.PNG
I can't work out where I'm supposed to put this detail
of rationale. If anyones got any suggestions let me know! :)

Well do you have permissions from yourself?!?! Make that CLEAR! CRYSTAL!
Actually if you edit the page I think it's just a line that pulls in that big box so you could remove it. It says to remove it when you want. Someone probably added that so the question is: Who? Someone at J River to stir up some controversy? Steal the spot light? lol

ChriZ--
This is a great looking wiki page--good for you! If you find that some annoying person has started appending "helpful" bits of text here and there and you feel the urge to strangle him--er, sorry!
-
lol I think my edits probably already contrivine loads
of wikipedia stuff. Go ahead. I kind of lost interest after a while!

Jim if you're reading this
I've put the following line on the screenshots with the fair use rationale.
Media Center 12 is property of JRiver.
JRiver have given authorisation for screenshots
to be generated for this wikipedia entry.
If you want something different then either let me know,
or edit it!
Apologies if it's presumptous, but getting the screenshots up there
was painful so just wanted to get something up, to stop them being
removed!
Cheers for flagging it Ben.

Flagging the issue to be discussed...I did not flag the image, lol.
Taking screenshots or displaying the content in question for informational and educational purposes is fair use in any case if I understand it correctly. That's why news reports can include excerpts and such. So screenshots should absolutely be acceptable from the law's standpoint.
