I recently (today 10/09) had to perform a license restore. What I had discovered during this process was that prior to this procedure I had 10 restores and afterwards I had eight.
Thank You

It often refreshes the page to take an extra one. although I think they added a delay in there so that wouldn't happen.
Not sure why so many people worry about restores. Every few weeks someone is upset that they don't have 9 restores. Complain when you're at 0 perhaps.

Any chance you clicked the restore button twice? Pop-up blocker perhaps?
If you run out, just drop a note here. As long as there's been only reasonable use, we'll help out...

It's not that I am overly worried about this occurrence because I rarely use any restores and actually have all 9/10 restores on every single previous release of media jukebox/media Center. I was just being polite by informing the company of this occurrence so that they might be forewarned so that it does not or may not happen to anyone else.

Thanks - do you remember anything out of the ordinary that happened? What web browser do you use? This is something that usually works, so I don't know what might have happened.

I remember they fixed this a while back so that's why I'm personally surprised.

bit grumpy tonight. poured a Macallan, put some music on... better now.
surprisingly, fixed things don't always stay fixed forever, or perhaps there's certain software at rogerg2's end that's caused a problem, could be anything, but if there's a problem, I'm sure "they" will fix it.
-marko.

nothing really out of the ordinary that one would normally perform while doing this. I was using Firefox 2.0.0.7 and listening to Depeche Mode that's about it.

the only program that I have running in the background at that time were Spyware Doctor, ComodoFW, WinPatrol Plus, Avast!, etc. but it was probably a Firefox glitch.

Could be anything that modifies the system date or name.
