Title: Questions about MC12 and Ipod

I'm just installed MC12 to try out and have came up with a question or two.
If I have all of my music saved as .Flac. Now if I setup playlist in MC will it sync music/playlists and convert to .Mp3 when I sync to the Ipod?

It can.  Try the options for Handheld Sync.
