Title: Any way to apply Replay Gain when converting files?

I am considering converting my files to a lossy format (as a copy) to be used for external media players, portable players, etc.  Is there any way to apply the Replay Gain information when converting them (like the "normalization" feature when ripping a CD)?  Thanks.
