Title: Need small size S-video output graphics card

I'm getting ready to move my old Compaq Evo D510U to my entertainment center to be my HTPC. Right now I'm going to have to hook it up to my Samsung LCD with VGA. It only has room for one PCI card that can be full height but the length can only be just a little past the pins or a little over 5 inches long. So far I can't find anything. Does anybody know of one?
