Title: Bottom Toolbar
Post by: Efjay on October 24, 2007, 11:02:18 am
Is there an option for removing the toolbars?

Maybe rightklick on a toolbar button -> custumize toolbar can help you?! You can remove every button in this dialog. Via "reset" you get back the standard toolbar layout.

Is this what you meant?!

Not exactly. My bottom toolbar has no buttons. Instead, it just takes up space and tells me the size of my files. I'd like to remove it altogether.

Ahhh... No, you can't remove the bottom "border" (including the bottom toolbar and status area) using any of the built-in options.  You could change the size of it in the Skin, if you were determined, to a very small pixel width.

I would like to be able to define what is displayed there in the bottom bar; likewise, when using playlists, the space above the playlist is not used to display essential facts regarding duration, number of files, etc.

And we still don't even have a hotkey to open/close the tree....

I've been thinking about editing a skin to make a bare bones skin with minimal toolbars. I'll let you know how it pans out....
