::)Hello,
I cannot find information on this on the forum. I am partially deaf and cannot get closed caption to work. I select the option and place an x in the CC box but nothing happens. I have the latest MC12 version.
Earlier versions just said CC is not available. Thanks for any help on this...
Great Program....

Is this for TV playback?
Did you re-start? Try exiting MC.

:P
Yes I have tried many restarts. Always the same. I am looking at live TV via super video connection to my video card. DVR tuner is supplying the tuner function.
I can get CC using Total Media with no problem but cannot get it through MC12.
Thanks

So I think you have an external device that is connected with a cable to your video card (not a TV card).
If so, you would have to set CC on the external device, not in MC.

Sorry... You are right the super Video is connected to my TV card. Hauppauge 150..
-
What is the "super Video"? Is that the external device/DVR tuner?
-
:P
Yes it is the super video connection from my Samsung DVR/Tuner SV out into my TV card sv connection. I have also tried composit with the same results.
Both of these connections give me CC while using the Total Media software. I have CC turned on on the Samsung.

Sorry, Closed Caption is not currently supported for Hauppauge PVR 150.

Yes. I will try it tomorrow.
