Title: New Off Topic Board?

As much as I like simplicity in categories for forums...and they are very clean and simple here...I would like to suggest a new category.

Basically, one of these:
"Water Fountain"
"Unrelated Discussions"
"Off Topic"

This is easily my most visited forum and everyone here is so intelligent and it really works well for me.   Some kind of catch all that can easily be ignored by everyone but a few would really be useful, at least for me.

Discussion?

Can you give a few examples of thread topics you would like to see in this off-Topic forum?

I have had a few sites with forums.  It's pointless at this point.  Most forums have a Water Fountain, even though I don't like that name specifically.
