Title: Creating Botton for Certain Video Genre on Theater View Front Screen?
Post by: bbrip on November 17, 2007, 08:38:12 am
Is it possible to create a direct shortcut botton on the home screen of Theater-View to filter a specific Genre of audio / resp video files?

And if so, how could I do this?

Many thanks in advance !!

As far as I know, you can't. Your best bet would be to create a View Scheme dedicated to that Genre and put it directly under Videos. It is possible to map a remote command to take you direct to Videos (or Audio or Images). If you figure that you could push one button to take you Home, and then navigate down to that View Scheme, then this way would be just as quick, maybe even quicker depending on how many sub-View Schemes you have under Video. One button to take you straight to Video and then you navigate to that View Scheme.

I agree, though, that it would be nice if we could add our own View Schemes right at the root level.
