Title: Free wont download, but Plus Version starts right away!

I don't have use for all those extras, so I chose basic version. I've tried 5 times now, each time the free version will not begin to download, and in fact, the page freezes each time, yet when I chose the Plus Version one time, it started right up.  Anyone else have this problem?

There Is Only One Program The Free Version And The Plus Version is the same file. with a registration code after the first 30 days keeps the plus options active.

maybe a link is broken.

what is the html page where your having a problem.
