Title: Syncing podcasts to ipod

I know this question has probably been asked about a hundred time. But how do you sync a podcast to an ipod? I've only recently gotten to grips with podcasts and rss feeds. I have subscribed to a podcast and the are set to download every week. So how would I go about syncing the downloaded podcasts to automatically transfer on to ipod and automatically delete once I've listened to them?

Make sure you have the latest build.

Then in Options > Handheld, you can check Podcasts to sync.
