Title: registration code invalid

I tried to upgrade my media center 11 to Media Center 12.0.329. I bought 11  sept/05. Window came back saying that registration code was invalid. I saved the code to "my documents" and even had the code emailed to me from your company. What do I need to do to fix? ?

you need to buy MC12 at the upgrade price.

Make sure MC11 is registered, then install MC12, then buy MC12 at the upgrade price.

An MC11 license won't work with MC12.
