I had MC 8.0
Upgraded to 12.0
Followed the instructions and restarted my PC
Now I have lost all my libraries and playlists of MC 8.0
My old version C 8.0 does not invoke anymore, either saying "invalid number of arguments"
How can I have 12 to use MC 8.0 playlist, libraries ?
Sorry I am new to the forum and to the software. May be asking this question millionth time, but really desperate.
Thanks,
Aydogan

No Such Monster Ever Existed
Media Jukebox 8 You Mean.
MC12 will not convert MJ8 Libraries To MC12 format (It's too old)

If you have a recently "backed up library" from your previous version, go to Media center's "file> library> restore library" and find it on your disk. You should then get all of your information back.

if you use MC12.0.369 or later, it will be able to convert an MJ8 library.
12.0.369 (11/08/07)
1. NEW: Before doing a library restore, a backup is created in the auto library backup folder.
2. Fixed: When loading a corrupt library restore, MC will nicely fall back to the previous library (instead of forcing a load of a working library).
3. Fixed: When failing to load a library, Media Center could fail to cleanup the locked state, so it would open the library read-only.
4. Changed: Added back the ability to restore from a Media Jukebox 8 library.
5. Fixed: Doing some commands like a library restore while Media Center was first loading could cause issues. (now a wait for program to finish loading is displayed)
6. Changed: Added more logging to import finishing.
7. Fixed: Possible crash with updated import reporting.
