Title: Podcasts - how to manually refresh the feed

How do you refresh or manually request to have your feeds checked for new podcasts/content? I've been using Juice and this seems like a pretty obvious option to have - even if it's a content menu thing like 'Check for new content..." or something like that. ?

Every time I display the podcast in MC I get the latest content. If it doesn't seem like it's giving you the latest, you might want to switch to someplace else in the program and back again to that feed.
