i attempted to download Media center 12.0.338 but discovered this error message. 550 Failed To Changed Directory. That's the first problem, here's the main one.
A while ago, a alerted you to a problem with with the smartlist feature of media center, the problem went like this I created several smartlists of the most played songs. With version 12.0.338, everything worked fine, then with subsequent builds, the problem began
The smart list looked like this when first created.
Media Center 12.0.338
Rules:
Media Type Is Audio
Modify Results:
Sort By [Number Plays]-d
Sequence
List Number to 40
However when i access Customize Current view, the Smartlist changes to this on all verions after 12.0.338. That version worked perfectly, so i would like to know what has changed with the code.
Sequence
Limit Number To 40
Sort By [Number Plays]-d
All of the songs are now mixed up, and are no longer the most played, as i have a lot of these lists, unless something is done to fix this, i may have to go elsewhere, as i am not about to spend hours fixing all these smartlists everytime i feel like adding a new field or removing one.
This also happens with Media Jukebox 12.0.17, so that is also somewhat useless to me. Any response would be greatly appreciated.

Please post the full search string (not pretty printed).
Also, have you tried 395 from the top of this board?
Thanks.

I'm not sure i understand what you mean by "complete search string" and yes, i have tried 395, and the problem still exists. Is it possible for you to create a smartlist as i've explained it, and at least that way i'll know whether it's a problem my end, or with the software?

Here's your original smartlist thread (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=43516.0)
In there, you did not mention "customise current view" and you're right, there is a bug and it's easy to reproduce.
Create a simple smartlist like so: [Media Type]="audio" ~sort=[Number Plays]-d ~n=40
Open the customise current view dialogue for this smartlist, don't make any changes, and click OK.
The smartlist is changed to: [Media Type]="audio" ~n=40 ~sort=[Number Plays]-d
Which is, of course, something completely different entirely.

Customise Current View is the problem, just by assessing it, causes the smartlist to play up. So is there anything i can do, or just wait for the problem to be fixed?
