Title: Absence of Media Server from Media Jukebox 12

Media Jukebox 12 does not have/support Media Server.

I'm assuming Media Center is the program that handles this function now.

How do you connect to any Media Center through MJ 12? It's no longer listed as an option.

Media Jukebox can be used to receive a stream from Media Center's Library Server.

Go to FILE -> Library -> Search For Media Servers or create a Library and enter the Library Server's network address:port in the Library Location box.
