Hi,
Thanks for fixing upnp in .399, it works again on my Nokia n800.
I was wondering if it would be possible to add an option to set a target size for the shrink large images option. In the case of the Nokia, 800x480. This way I don't need to stream my very large images to the device but will still be able to see them in their optimal resolution for the device.
thanks,
peter

This wouldn't be hard to add, would you remind me in a few days?

I've been curious about the N800 for a while. I just found an article with pictures of the UpNP implementation.

It works really well as an upnp client. With the new os2008 even the default mediaplayer supports it out of the box. Another simple but elegant app is media streamer that I have been using with mc's upnp server. It's the same app as you see in your link used to control Rhapsody. If you want something with more bling bling, like kinetic scrolling, Canola 2 will soon support upnp as well.
A device like the Nokia could also act as a neat remote control for mc zones if mc could act as a upnp client. That and support for on the fly transcoding of video files might be something you guys could consider for mc 13.
