Title: Tag - Cover Art - How to?

I see I have several files that the album art is being stored in the mc cover art directory - how to I remove them from there and add them to the tag itself...inside file..

Please advise

In [Tools > Options > File Location > Cover Art] make sure Also store image in the file's tag is checked. Then select the files you want to apply this to, right-click and pick Library Tools > Update Tags (from library). This will embed the cover art in the files themselves.
