Title: Link folders to playlists?

is there anyway i can link a folder to a playlist?  like autoimport everything in this specific folder to playlist 'A' ?

MC doesnt have a converter that i need, so i have an external program to do that. so im hoping that i can send all the videos to that program through the 'send to external' and have that convert them. than have all of those automatically put inside a playlist to sync with my device. but i dont want those videos to go into MC because im going to delete them after they get on my device.
anyone know if i can do that, and if so, how?
