Title: new email address and restore key doesn' t work

I purchase media jukebox on May 12, 2002, and I used up all of my restores.  It has been a year later and I am suppose to get new restoreals.  My email has changed and I do not how to restore my jukebox.  When I go to the restoreal page it say that my registration code is no longer active. Please help me restore my juke box thank you. ?
