Title: How do I make MJ play from Real Audio links?

Hi All,

I've managed to stop RealPlayer trying to steal back its file associations, so when I click on a Real Audio link, MJ is launched or brought to the front.  But the link doesn't start playing, and it doesn't even show up on the playlist.

However if I save the link (example.ram) to disk, then drop that in the playlist window and press play, I hear the streaming audio.

So MJ is quite able to play Real Networks streaming audio, and Media Jukebox is associated with Real links, but I can't make the process automatic.  

Goal: I click on a Real Audio link and MJ starts playing the link (aborting whatever's currently in its playlist).

Is that too much to ask?

Did You Try Setting That Option In Setting\Options\General?

I looked at those settings (I've looked at ALL the settings many, many times), but it certainly wasn't clear to me which one would do what I wanted to do.  They seemed to be about what would happen if you clicked on the file from inside MJ, not on a link in a web page.

As I said, it works fine once the link is inside the MJ space.  I said "when I click on a Real Audio link, MJ is launched or brought to the front. But the link doesn't start playing, and it doesn't even show up on the playlist."

So specifically what option needs to be changed to what setting to change this behavior?  MJ definitely reacts to my clicking on the link, but it's like Windows doesn't pass it the URL, or MJ ignores it.  I don't see any options to change that anywhere...

Do not know wich kind of streams you try to play.
But i spent HOURS and HOURS trying to set Media Jukebox to open for all Real stuff.I never had a 100% succes rates.Was almost ok with Netscape as default browser,a little less with Internet Explorer.
But i allways had\have some streamings with the same behaviour than you have
Beside this changing all settings for Real to MJ makes some Real links just not working at all.
Maybe i miss something.But when i say hours and hours,it is true
