Is there a way to specify the Podcast directory structure on a target (synched) device? (much as you are able to specify the directory structure for music, videos, pictures in the Options->Handheld screen).
Thanks!

No. Only iPods have special handling for Podcasts right now.

I've noticed this change recently.. I'm not sure when, as I mostly access my podcasts via smartlists.. But now podcasts are no longer listed by title but by artist.. ie Buzz Out Loud (http://www.cnet.com/i/pod/cnet_buzz.xml) is now listed as "Tom Merrit and Molly Wood". I'm sure they used to be listed by title.. which I'm sure is much preferable for most people.
Is this by design?

Anyone?

Hi there,
first of all let me thank you really a lot. I am using mc12 with my sony walkman and it works great.
It only seems that the noted issue still remains. Podcasts will be synced into the standard audio folder while my walkman supports a special podcast folder. Will there be an option to specify this folder in the newer versions of media center?

I wanted that too for long time, my player can handle podcast apart from audio, so would be nice if j river options can send podcast to a specific folder, this way the player would handle as podcast and not as other audio file

I want to know what devs think about this! :)
