Title: Can't get volume information

Upgraded from MJ 8 and have figured out just about everything I need.  One thing is still a mystery though...  Whenever I load a new CD into one of my drives I get the following message: Media Jukebox has detected a new CD in drive X: but can't get correct volume information. Please try ejecting and reinserting the CD.

I can play the CD using MJ but I can't figure out what is wrong.

Same problem here, only worse. I get the same message, but I can neither play nor rip the CD.

I have two drives, neither work. I tried with different discs, same result.

Anyone??
