Title: Custom field cleared on convert format

I think this has been happening for a few builds now but today I was paying attention.

After importing an album and fixing up the tags I have a custom field called source which contains who in the house the music came from.
When I converted the music from FLAC to APE the field got cleared.
I tried to convert an MP3 to APE just to see and it also cleared the field.

Doing some importing again and this is still a problem.
I guess it's not a problem as long as I convert first but I'm getting old and sometimes forget.
