Title: Feature Request: Apply Button in Options

Sorry if I missed this one in searching, but it'd be REALLY nice to see an 'Apply' button in the Options so that I can immediately save changes.

Since the dialog is modal (it blocks everything else), 'Apply' wouldn't be too different from 'OK'.

You can get back to options quickly with Ctrl+O.  It remembers the last page you viewed.

If you're really fast on the keyboard, just remember Ctrl + T ... O
