This is the latest version of Media Jukebox 12.0 Media Jukebox 12 is free.
Please post bugs here. Please start a new thread for anything requiring discussion. Non-bug posts will be deleted or moved.

I added a small cleaned up version of the debugger output along with inline comments on what I did/clicked on etc leading up to the crash

yeah! it is work now! :) many thanks for this! Maybe in the future should be support for last.fm radio stations too? but it doesn't matter right now, thanks again!
Now media jukebox is like amarok on linux, no alternative for such great player :)

I have been having problems installing MediaJukebox on my PC. I am running WinME and every time I download it and try to install it, I get mostly thru the Install Wizard and then a "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" runtime error message pops up and stops the Install Wizard. Then, I get another error message saying "Media Jukebox has caused an error in JRTOOLS.DLL Installwizard will now close." How can I fix this problem?

The installer downloads and tries to install the KB902344 MTP Hotfix from Microsoft. This is only for XP and causes the installation to hang on a computer with Windows 2000. I had to go to Version 12.0.021 to get the install to work on Windows 2000.

I have a bit similar problem with my laptop. The installer tries to download and install a WM update that doesn't work with XP SP1 and WMP10. I would like to install SP2, WMP11 and other recent MS updates, but I never seem to have enough disk space on the C: drive because of the too small partition. I have changed many things to use the D: partition, but that is not possible for OS updates. I have had no practical problems with SP1. I use Opera for browsing and third party firewall and AV programs so the SP2 security fixes are not essential in this case.
MC12 has the same problem. A workaround is to block Internet access during the installation.
