Title: Creative Muvo V100 not janus compatible on Roadrunner music?

have downloaded a bunch of music using roadrunner music, I have a subscription license, and when I hook up my Muvo v100 and try and copy files it says "mp3 player is not Janus compatible?  Any one know anything about this?

Some devices have two modes.  I'm not sure about muvo.  Try the settings.  Look for MTP mode.

There appears to not be an MTP setting.  It said it would play them in the specs I read for it.

Check to see if you can update the firmware.

Also be sure you're using a current version of MC.  12.0.404 is out.

Have you tried 12.0.404 like Jim suggested?

I'm fairly sure the MuVo v100 isn't capable of playing protected content.
