Title: Renaming files

When I try to rename a large number of MP3's, say 5,000+, Media Center 12 closes down and exits to Windows. I'm using Vista Home Premium. Any ideas?

Hi there btc, welcome aboard the board..
you'll need to provide a lot more information before anyone is able to help you in any way, for example...
what do you mean by 'rename' and how, exactly are you doing it?
also, could you open MC, in the top toolbar, click on "Help", then "System Info" and paste the results in your next post.
