Title: Youtube and Google video download does not work

Hi,

When I go to Web Media -> Youtube or Google video, the download function does not work at all. No Media Center dialog box opens when I select a video to download.

What is the reason?

I have the same problem. When I first purchased the software about 2 month ago it worked perfectly but I tried it today and it is non functional.

My Neice also bought this software and had the exact same thing happen to her.

Media Center, please respond.

Are you using the latest version of MC? If not, please download version 12.0.422.

I can't seem to find the Web Media tab-

In  Tools>Options>Advanced>Features the Web Media box is checked, so I'm not sure why it's not showing up.

Can someone please tell me how to use this feature?

Also, Media Center uses Netscape for a browser when I access a web page which I added via Tools>Options>Theater View>Add Custom Item>Web page. Is there any way to use another browser?

I found the Web Media Tab-

I can open up youtube.com , but when I select a video and it starts playing- I don't see a Media Center dialog box pop up to start the download?

and it will work perfect..

You need to update.  Youtube changed their pages.
