Title: Shell integration in Vista isn't working

I recently noticed that shell integration doesn't seem to be working on my Vista machine. I believe it used to, but I'm not 100% sure.

I just double-checked that the options flag for this was checked, so I don't think it is a config issue.

Rebooting worked. Don't know why it stopped working in the first place. Thanks.

When we make a change in shell integration, it requires a reboot.  We don't normally ask for this in order not to bother people who don't use it.

It's one of those problems for which there is no perfect solution.
