I usually listen to all my music with shuffle on, but I like to be surprised by the next track. The Playing Now list always defaults to sorting by Seq and I can't find a way to prevent this.
Things I have tried:
- remove seq column (it always comes back)
- use customize current view to removing seq sorting
- sort by another column (doesn't remember it)
Using MJ 12.0.25.
"Save changes on list header clicks" option is checked.
Advice?

Don't look?
You can completely collapse the file list in Playing Now by clicking the little down arrow on the splitter bar (or by dragging it all the way down).
Or you can switch to Display View, which is just a fullscreen version of the Playing Now visualization, whatever that may be (Cover Art, 3D visualizations, video, etc).
And there's always the minimize button.

Is this your way of telling me that there's no way for MJ to memorize the sort order for Playing Now?
ps congrats on 5k

In a roundabout way, yes. Playing Now is a special case in MC. Might be a good feature request, though.
ps congrats on 5k
Ah, thanks! I didn't even notice! I knew it was coming, but I wasn't paying any attention when it happened.
