Title: feature requests: OPML (podcasts) exporting and dynamic

please, for podcasts add support for

- exporting OPML files

- using dynamic OPML: when using dynamic OPML, MC shouldn't load an OPML static file, but subscribe to your own OPML feed from a site, like podnova (where I store my podcast subscriptions 8)..)

i'm using a different program for  podcasts now and only for those features, but would love to go back to MC for podcasts
