Title: CD Writer Normalize Before Encoding

Is anybody burning audio cd's with the Normalize Before Encoding set to 100%?  That's the level the Help file says to use but it seems awfully high.  I have been using 95 but if others are getting good noise-free and non-clip results at 100 then I might try it.  And, talking about noise, is anybody hearing the slight noise that the dsp might be inducing when using this setting?
