Title: Trouble to open mp3 by bouble-click

Why I cannot more open french files mp3 (with accent such as é, è.etc) by a double-click on them, only English file (without accent) open?

A bug crept in with regards to Unicode and the command line.

It'll be fixed in the next public build.
