Title: cannot download to mp3 player from net

please can you help me.   I am trying to download to my mpio player and cannot.  I have the lead and i have the programme disk but still cannot download.  djaida@hotmail.com.

Adrian,

Could you give me some more information...

Have you installed the drivers that came with the MPIO?

Does MJ detect your MPIO?

Can you download files using MPIO's software?

What version of MJ are you running?

What Operating System do you have?

When you say "I have the lead" what do you mean?

Please answer the questions above and I will be able to give you some suggestions. If you want to email me directly at steve @ jriver.com that would be fine as well.
