Title: Rhapsody and other subscription services

Is it possible to use Rhapsody and/or similar services within MC?

It might depend on what you mean by "use".  I have Rhapsody, and although I don't really use it this way anymore, you can download mp3 files from them for playback on your computer.  MC will play them (and index them) just fine, as long as you periodically use the Rhapsody player to renew the DRM (every 30 days, IIRC).  Once the DRM expires, MC can't play them anymore.

MC can't go through the Rhapsody service to find and play streaming music.
