I realize this dinner is more that 16 hours old and bound to be cold by now, but where's the horseradish?  You're proposing to have Prime Rib without horseradish?

I talked to a friend of mine in Ontario today, he is still eating his moose from a few months ago, And some deer (he is a hunter). He said he can't discribe the taste of a moose. It kind of reminds me of my dad when i was younger that's about all we ate (things we went hunting for) and the occasional road kill or two.

Now days I don't eat anything unless it is out of a can, pre-packaged or has cellophane around it.

My Dad did manage to figure out how to use the phone Sunday morning, and he called me. I guess it has been hard on my mom to watch him 24\7 to make sure he does not wonder off away from the house. He likes to watch the fish in his fish pond, and watch the boats going by down at the bay.

Sometimes I wish I could set hours apon hours, and watch the boats go by.

Maybe one day.

That's my single ambition.  A hut on the edge of a small marina in the Caribbean.

It seemed that the peas were canned.  A nice touch.  My favorite.  Really.
