Title: Restore problem

My copy of Media Center 12 has stopped working. When I try to restore via the internet I get an error message that the code cannot be found.

The license is there, showing no restores done yet.

Use copy-and-paste, don't try to type it. 0 and O or I, l and 1 will get you.
